INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES:
Aircraft Part Sales and Electronic Component Sales
Weekdays with hours depending on clientele served:
6:00am to 3:00pm (Europe)
8:00am to 5:00pm (North and South America)
Vantage is looking for experienced sales professionals to help grow its aircraft parts and electronic component distribution divisions, Vantage Air Support and Vantage Components.
These positions are based in Deerfield Beach, Florida and Holtsville, New York.
*Remote positions will be considered in all parts of the world for candidates who can deliver immediate results from existing customers.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE ABILITY TO:
- Provide support for established customers.
- Identify and qualify financially stable customers.
- Sell, broker, and respond to daily customer orders and requests for quotes.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotes.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite programs effectively.
MUST QUALITIES:
- Skilled at qualifying leads.
- Aptitude for learning computer applications.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written English and possesses one of the following language skills in Spanish, French, German, Danish or from an Eastern European country if selling to these countries.
- Should be self-motivated, a team player and be proactive in taking the initiative to perform tasks as required.
- Must be trustworthy and reliable.
- Should be decisive and committed to serving customers.
- The ability to take on responsibility, problem solve, and work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of related job/industry experience in the position applying for.
Professional work environment with casual business attire.
